Havind was founded in 2020 and has its headquarters in Oslo, Norway.

Havind is a Norwegian consultancy company specialised in Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (SURF) and Subsea Production Systems (SPS).

We help operators and field developers navigate the complexities of subsea projects — from early concept definition to project execution.

Our team brings decades of experience from offshore oil & gas projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and abroad.

We combine strong technical understanding with a practical, execution-oriented mindset — supporting our clients in making the right decisions, at the right time.

The name Havind comes from Havindustrier — the industries of the sea. While the company was originally founded with a renewable energy focus, our work today centres on subsea oil & gas field development on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Darko Lekovic is Partner & COO at Havind, with 18+ years of experience in the offshore energy industry. He has held key roles across subsea project execution, engineering leadership, and operational management, delivering complex SPS scopes and strategic project development. Since 2025, his work has been centered on marginal fields and early-phase development of small tie-back concepts—an important pathway for unlocking future value on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

At Havind, Frederic focuses on bringing sustainable, safe, fit-for-purpose and cost-competitive solutions to the projects. Frederic has occupied various positions within large Norwegian and international Subsea projects. He worked with product development, industrialization, system engineering, offshore installations, operations, construction and interface management.
